Bang Pae Waterfall is also part of Khao Phra Thaeo National Park, and is known as Phuket's largest waterfall. Depending on the time of the year, the waterfall could have a limited amount of water. However, the 15 minute trek to the waterfall meanders through scenic jungle surroundings and is worthwhile in itself. On the grounds of the Bang Pae Waterfall, you will also find the Gibbon Rehabilitation Center, where you can observe these clever monkeys and make a small donation to the cause. Overall, the Khao Phra Thaeo National Park provides you with a wide choice of natural delights within the same area.
